Michael’s Leadership Award Scholarship

This annual scholarship is made possible by this foundation, in memory of Michael, whose wheelchair was struck by a car in a crosswalk on the edge of campus in the fall of 2008 and later passed away from his injuries.

The purpose of the scholarship is to support UW-Whitewater students with disabilities who demonstrate strong leadership skills through their participation in on- and off-campus activities.
