Craft Fair Vendor Information

MJC Memorial Craft Fair Fundraiser:
Silent auction, drawings for prizes, bakery sale and food concessions. Proceeds benefit Michael’s Helping Hands Foundation. Please see our Mission Statement for where our money is donated.

Friday October 19, 10am-6pm and Saturday October 20 10am-4pm

Craft fair is held indoors.

Thursday’s setup is 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday’s setup is 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Selection Process:
A jury process is used to select all exhibitors.  All applicants need to send photos of their work with their application forms and fees.  Booth fee is non-refundable and applies to all who wish to exhibit at show. Acceptance of your art/craft will be the sole discretion of the arts and crafts fair jury committee. Payment is required before your product can be juried.

The art and craft fair jury committee will review the artist’s work based on:

  • Originality and artistic design
  • Quality of their work
  • Craft and art category limitations

Booth Sizes and Prices:

  • 4’x8′ $45.00
  • 8’x10′ $55.00
  • 10’x10’ $60.00

The assigned booth spaces will not be disclosed until the morning of setup.

Normal application deadline: October 10, 2018.  Please call for booth space availability and special instructions to apply after that date. However, applications will be accepted until all spaces have been filled. Applications are not considered complete until we have received all booth fees.

A raffle prize of $25.00 minimum is required from each exhibitor the first day of your arrival.  A donation form will also need to be filled out and attached to the prize.  Please leave it at the check-in booth. This is used to defer the current operational costs and lack of an entrance fee to customers.

Exhibitors must not infringe on walkways or neighboring booth spaces.

You must bring your own chairs and displays.

MJC Fair is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, theft, breakage or destruction of merchandise exhibited at your booth.

  • Complete form. (Email filled in form with photos/website link of product to: MJCFair@MichaelsHelpingHands.org)
  • Provide payment. Form WILL NOT be considered until payment is received. Payment is required prior to show start.

OPTION 1: Payments can be made on our Shop page.
OPTION 2: Email us a request for an invoice for added security and tax receipt.
